WEBSITE Nutrition Counseling
Home-Delivered Meals are an economical long term support and can often substitute for or delay the need for more extensive services.

The Home-Delivered Meal service is a key component of in-home services for older New Yorkers who require long-term care support for a chronic condition or for a post-hospital nutritional assistance. .

Recipients must be assessed for need and must meet certain criteria including the inability to prepare own meals or to leave the home to shop for food, be incapacitated due to accident, illness or frailty and must be age 60 or older.

Home-Delivered Meals are provided on a contribution basis. There is no charge for this service, but there is a suggested contribution of $4.00 per meal. No one will be denied the service due to their inability or refusal to contribute.
